Privacy Policy
Effective March 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Birdeye Labs, an AI consulting and custom software development firm serving mid market organizations with roughly $5M to $200M in annual revenue, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit our contact forms, or otherwise interact with us online. By using the site or submitting information, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit forms.
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact and strategy inquiry flows, including your name, work email address, company name, selected company revenue band, stated area of interest such as AI strategy, integration, or custom build engagements, and any message or project details you choose to share. We use this information to qualify fit, respond to requests, and coordinate calls or proposals related to consulting and software work.
When you browse the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser type and version, device type, general geographic region derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic or performance data tied to page loads. We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain session integrity, measure traffic, and understand how visitors move through our content.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal and usage information to operate the website, deliver and improve our AI consulting and custom development services, communicate with you about inquiries and engagements, schedule and prepare for strategy discussions, tailor follow up to the services and industries you identify, and maintain records of prospective and active client relationships. We also use data for security monitoring, fraud prevention, debugging, analytics that help us refine messaging and site experience, and to comply with law, regulation, or enforceable governmental requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use form submissions to train public AI models. Any use of data inside Birdeye Labs tools for analysis or drafting in client work follows our agreements with clients and is separate from this marketing site unless you become a client and we address that relationship in a separate contract.
Data Storage and Security
Form submissions and related records may be stored in databases and application infrastructure hosted on Supabase, with the public site and serverless functions deployed on Vercel. Data in transit is protected using TLS. We rely on our providers for encryption at rest, redundancy, and physical security of data centers, and we configure access controls, authentication, and least privilege for accounts that can read or export contact data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of business contact information we handle through this site.
Third Party Services
We use Supabase for backend data services tied to forms and related application logic. We use Vercel to host the site and run edge or serverless compute. Typography on the site may be loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive technical data such as IP address as part of font delivery. We may use analytics or measurement tools to understand aggregate traffic and conversion; those vendors receive usage events according to their terms and our configuration. Each provider processes data under its own privacy notice and, where applicable, as our processor under an agreement. We encourage you to review their policies for detail on subprocessors and international transfers.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing is consent based, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below. We will verify your request where required by law and respond within the time frames applicable to your jurisdiction. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where that right exists.
Data Retention
We retain contact and inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you, manage potential or active engagements, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal schedules, subject to statutory retention requirements. You may request deletion of your information where applicable law allows, and we will honor those requests unless we must retain specific records to comply with law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed at businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe we have received information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or site functionality. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Policy on this page and update the effective date above. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
